The room we got was spacious with everything we needed. the breakfast options were great and reasonably priced. - the location was perfect for us, only a 20-minute walk from Church of Coporaque. - the service was excellent.

easy base for traveling to coporaque and exploring local places. staff was very attentive, and facilities were great here. wonderful and beautiful location, of a valley. good stay, as always.

The suite I got was complete with the heater, microwave oven and balcony. A microwave oven and an electric kettle were a plus😃❤👍

Beautiful and perfect location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Church of Coporaque. Thanks to the always attentive staff, everything was fantastic, including lots of tasty food. - Nicely furnished and spotless room with a separate bathroom containing all necessary facilities.

The employees are amazingly friendly and extremely polite. the hotel offers a lot of well-furnished rooms. - I like staying here when I am in Coporaque.

Beautiful property with a stunning river view. The bar and restaurant were lovely, and we enjoyed the entertainment area. We even got to see and interact with the adorable baby alpacas! The location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and adjusting to the elevation.

The complementary breakfast was nice and the hotel grounds were pretty with great views. Being in the mountains was a plus and it was easy to access the nearby hiking trails.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the rooms were not clean upon arrival. the bathroom was outdated and smelled bad.

Staying at this valley hotel was amazing. the location is stunning, right next to the river, we could hear the sound of the water from our spacious room with lovely furnishings. the bathroom was huge and comfortable. the staff was friendly, offering us an excellent service for breakfast and dinner, with plenty of delicious options available. the hotel had a nice pool and a spa, where you could have a massage under an affordable price.

The room was a bit cold for our liking, but the staff kindly provided us with extra heaters to make it more comfortable.

This hotel is outstanding value for money. The prices for rooms with a balcony and basic amenities are incredibly reasonable. Plus, the location on the edge of the river with small waterfalls is absolutely picturesque.

We were blown away by this hotel's stunning location down in the valley right next to the river. The sound of the running stream of significance added to the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the heated floors in the spacious and well-appointed rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. Most memorable, however, was the attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Spent xmas at a hotel in a beautiful natural area. The location was perfect, with great views and close to natural hot springs. The restaurant had a wide variety of food options and the staff was friendly and helpful. a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature.

The lack of proper heating was a major issue. It was freezing at night and the small electric radiator provided was not enough to warm the room.
